Top to Bottom Reno is FANTASTIC! Mr. Johnson, his son, and team are amazing. We had flooding in our kitchen down to our basement (all hardwood flooring). When I called Mr. Johnson he immediately answered and after what I'm sure was a long day, came to our house that same evening. He was knowledgeable about our flooding issue, the damage, the repair, and was also knowledgeable about the insurance/ claims process. Top to Bottom Reno was at our house the next morning and diligently worked to get all the work done in one day! They are honest, communicative, knowledgeable, hardworking, kind, professionals. Unexpected home repair is obviously very stressful, Top to Bottom helped to ease our worries. They were in constant contact throughout the process, we never had to track them down. I've rarely written reviews, but they deserve praise and recognition for their excellent hard work. We will be having them come back to complete the renovation once the insurance process is complete. I hired a restoration company prior to Mr. Fred Johnson but they were not what they advertised. Thereafter, I had run into another unfortunate situation and decided to contact TTBR services and they immediately came to my rescue and was very knowledgeable, super professional, effective and friendly. Mr. Johnson arrived the next morning just as he promised before stopping by another customers home and assessed my situation with recommendations which save me hundreds of dollars if not more. His team arrived early. The young men showed up very well manner and respectfully on time and ready to work. Took no more than 45 mins, cleaned up and they were out. Great restoration company!!! This is an exceptionally professional, knowledgeable company. I was frantic and completely lost when my husband discovered that our basement was flooded. I called at lease six restoration companies. The average appointment was a week out or more. My insurance company told me to do everything to prevent further damage but they could not authorize a contractor payment until I was assigned an adjuster. I found this company on my insurance's website and they were able to be at my house in a very short period of time. They came prepared and ready to work. Mr. Johnson told me exactly what to expect through the entire process from his company. I signed a contract to get the water extracted immediately. The insurance inspector came while this company was working on the first day. Mr. Johnson and the adjuster worked independently in harmony for each of their respective areas of expertise. Phenomenal! Top To Bottom is highly exceptional from the quality of work to professionalism. The water heater went up in my house and flooded the entire basement. I called the company, the first thing Mr. Fred did was walked me through the insurance process, as this was my first time dealing with a flood and filing an insurance claim, his assistance put me at ease. The team arrived at 1am for the water damage restoration. Mr. Fred and his son went above and beyond to make a difficult situation extremely easy. They were available and responsive with the insurance company requests and needs. The renovation for the basement took about 3 weeks as there were 4 rooms that needed to be restored. They were in consistent communication with me every step of the way either by phone or email. After every room was complete Mr. Freds son would come, review what the contractors completed to ensure we were satisfied with the job. You cant ask for better quality and professionalism. The basement looks better now than it did before the water damage. Again this company and works are Phenomenal! I will definitely refer there services to family and friends. Doing the drying process Fred checked in to make sure the house was drying properly and talk about the next steps to getting renovation. All in all would recommend using.

I called a lot of local restoration companies and all required a fee to come out and perform an inspection due to it being close to closing time. So much for customer service, right!?! Nevertheless, Top to Bottom was able to come out on the same day and provide me with an inspection and discussed payment options based on the amount of my deductible with the insurance company. It turned out to be a very cost effective solution. The contract was easy to understand and the electronic payment process was seamless. The crew was extremely professional and willing to explain their processes as they performed their tasks. I can't recommend this company highly enough! Imagine getting a call in the middle of the night and being told that a pipe burst and your basement is filled ankle-high with water. That's what I was dealing with when I spoke to Fred at 4am. He immediately got a team out and they took care of the problem- getting up the water, cutting open the ceiling and the walls in several rooms. They took up the floor throughout the basement and installed heavy duty dryers. They came out everyday to assess the moisture level until everything was all dry. I was out of town while all of this was taking place, but Fred was very easy to work with and he called and/or texted me everyday! I didn't get the chance to meet him until 3 weeks later when he came by to pick up the payment. A true professional, who's company is licensed and bonded and my insurance company is very familiar with. Such a pleasure!

Fred and his team did an amazing job with the water mitigation of my basement. I was TDY in Wisconsin at the time and found this business online and after reading the reviews, I contacted Fred and he took care of everything so I could concentrate on my work while away. The first day they came out and worked all the way until almost midnight pulling up infected material and setting up equipment to dry. They came back each day until the job was done and handled the invoice through my insurance so I didn't have any additional work on my plate.
